We are in the heart of Stafford Town Centre so there are lots of places a short walk away. Drinks and snacks are available at the venue before the performance and in the interval.
Are we expected to shout out?
You are most welcome to yes! Pantomimes are interactive and shouting out is part of the pantomime experience. If you are looking for a performance which might be quieter or more informal then we do offer accessible performances.
Where can I get the best value or cheapest tickets?
On the opening weekend performances, which are Friday 4th to Sunday 6th December 2026 and the closing weekend of 2nd & 3rd January 2027. Pantomime tickets typically get more expensive the closer to Christmas you get, and better value the further they are from Christmas week.

You are most welcome to take photographs before the show, in the interval and as you leave. We do not permit photographs during the show, but there is an opportunity to take photos and video during the show after the song sheet. You will be told when this is.
Will we be allowed in if we are running late?
It can happen! Even the best made plans sometimes go awry and we understand that. Don't worry - latecomers are admitted into the auditorium at a suitable point in the production. This might not be right away, but we'll get you in as quickly as we can.
Are drinks and snacks available at the venue?
Of course! And don’t forget ice creams in the interval.
Do you have an accessible toilet?
Yes, we have facilities on site.
