Beauty and the Beast at The Woodville, Gravesend is now closed. A massive thank you to all who were involved! Thank you also to those who have supported us during our 3 year tenure at The Woodville. We've had a ball!

Peter Whitfield

We are sad to learn of the passing of Peter Whitfield, who was due to join us at The Woodville, Gravsend this panto season, playing Beauty's Father. Our thoughts and condolences are with his friends and family x


Christmas Light Switch On

15th November 2013

The cast of Beauty and the Beast were part of the parade which turned on the Christmas lights in Gravesend and started the town's 12 days of Christmas celebrations!

As the first part of the 12 Days of Christmas from Gravesham Borough Council and sponsors, the lantern parade and Christmas lights in town including a performance from Twelve Daze and featuring Santa himself and the panto cast. Presented by Dan Snelgrove.

Casting is Complete!

We are thrilled to announce we have finished casting Beauty and the Beast. This year donning some tremendous frocks as Dame Dorothy Do-It is Steve Fortune and playing her hilariously dim witted son, Willy, is Charlie Guest. The title role of Beauty will be played by Lydia Fraser in her Imagine Theatre debut, with Richard Ede as the arrogant bully Eugene and Jeremy Bond as his sidekick, Pimple. Completing this fabulous cast is Airlie Scott as the Enchantress.


The Beast and Beauty's Father are cast

We are delighted to welcome Andrew Piper who will play the role of the Beast and Peter Whitfield who will play Beauty's Father.
